“Amigo has no idea what’s going on. I get an offer to renew in the mail at one price. I login to check plans and get a second price. I call customer support and they give me a third price. Three totally different prices, same plan. The plan I originally signed up for is temporary and for new customers only, so it’s a bait and switch. And even worse, when customer service sends you a plan, they only show the 2000 kWh rate without telling you the full rates.”
