“Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Their representatives are not helpful whatsoever and because of their representative’s mistake, it cost me an extra $200 that they kept promising me they’d refund. When I call to get what I’m owed they keep coming up with lies and zero solutions. I’ve been dealing with this since October and it’s now January. I will never use or recommend this company again.”
“Please do not use Cirro Energy. This company is misleading. My normal consumption is around 1000 kWh every month. They give $125 bill credit for 1000 kWh. For my first bill they billed me only for 26 days which was below 1000 kWh so I could not get the $125 bill credit. When I called customer service they could not provide me a reasonable answer. The second bill was for 35 days so the bill was for 1228 kWh. For 1000 kWh the bill should have been around $99 as they advertise.”
“Worst company ever! Nobody knows anything and can never help you. If you don’t pay by the due date you’re charged 5% of the balance plus a $50 disconnect notice fee that’s emailed to you. And no, it doesn’t matter if you set up a payment extension. And no, they won’t move the due date so that you can pay on time since you are paid on the first every month. They will just say it’s not available and to call back in a few weeks with no reason.”
