I have now received an email with a graph showing consumption and estimated cost. Not sure why there would be an average cost of 14.2 cents per kWh and an estimated cost over $300 for this month. That is not what I signed up for! I hope this will straighten itself out.”

I called them and explained the situation. Now that I was technically past due, they assured me no late fees would be applied. Next bill, I not only get a late fee BUT an insufficient funds fee.
